01. Jr. Assistant (Steno-English) - 04 posts
02. Jr. Assistant (P&A) - 03 posts
03. Jr. Assistant (Accounts) * - 04 posts
Note - * 01 post reserved for PWD-HH (Partially Deaf).
Eligibility Criteria -
Age Limit : Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 33 years as on 06-09-2013.
Note - Relaxation will be extended as per government norms.
Educational qualification : Candidates must be possess Graduate/ B.com with Typing speed 30 w.p.m and shorthand at 80 w.p.m Certificate / Diploma of minimum duration of six months in Computer Applications in the office environment.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test ,Stenography test / typing test & interview.
Application fee :
1. GEN / OBC candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.300/-,
2. SC/ST/PwD Candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.100/-
Note - candidates have to deposit the Registration Fee in Account No.33219726338, Branch Code: 09996. after filling the details in the challan form like Branch Name,Branch code & Deposit date, in any of the branch of State Bank of India.
Pay Scale : A1 level Rs.11,000 – Rs.24,000/- with an annual increment of 3% on basic pay.
How to apply : Eligible Candidates can apply online through ONGC website 'www.ogcindia.com' from 23-08-2013 to 06-09-2013.
after submitting the online application the candidates are required to send the following documents. A copy of Printed Registration Slip with affixed recent photograph and signature in the space provided and One additional Colour passport size photograph write Registration no.& name on reverse of photograph, along with Attested Photostat copies of Educational & date of birth Certificates and Mark sheet. “Application for the post of ____” is to be sent by ordinary post only (since Post Box do not accept Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier Service) to the following address:
